Junior Hangouts - Post Apocalyptic Survival Training In-Person
The Mountain Home Public Library is excited to announce our newest program, Junior Hangouts. These events are for kids ages 9-15 and will vary in theme.
This month, we are celebrating local Author, Dana Quinney's teen fiction series, Scavenger which is based in Idaho. We will build slingshots, learn about local plant/animal species as well as tips for gardening in Idaho, and uncover hidden treasures using a compass then if there's time we will practice our hiding skills.
Join us and Dana Quinney on Tuesday, September 27th at 3:30 pm in Carl Miller park, and don't forget to register so we are sure to have enough supplies.
